The Role

Our Grocery & Convenience business is the market leader across the Beer and Cider category. With a successful record of Customer Engagement, New Product Development and Market Share growth, HEINEKEN have a strong record of achievement. The Off-Trade business is a fast moving and vibrant environment and we know that as our business continues to evolve it’s our people that really make the difference. We are now taking registrations from candidates who are interested in future opportunities in our Off Trade team.

We’re looking for candidates who could truly excel with our high profile grocery customers. As a National Account Manager (NAM), you would be working within a highly capable and dynamic account team aimed at delivering budget volume, revenue and market share. This type of role would typically have the primary, front facing responsibility for the ongoing trading relationship within some of our key Off-Trade customers. Using our enviable portfolio of brands, sponsorships and customer solutions, our National Account Managers take a holistic approach to the needs of the business area in which they partner. They are backed by a wealth of developed consumer, shopper and category insight that enable the delivery of world class activations. Our NAM roles are truly collaborative and will provide you with the opportunity to immerse yourself across all areas of the Heineken business and provide you with a great platform for more opportunities across the UK and the globe in the future.

If you possess a proven track record in a similar, commercial FMCG role, with knowledge of the consumer and shopper and the application of this insight, then we believe this role would be a great next step for you. We always enjoy hearing from pro-active and highly engaged individuals with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
