ATL Account Director - Global Network Agency - London (FMCG/GLOBAL EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL)

The Agency

Considered one of the world's top global agencies this client has a renowned name in the industry for both their global and domestic campaigns. Often at the fore-front of creativity, the London branch is considered the HQ of the global network, scooping up awards annually and pushing it's talent to the next level across all disciplines. The leadership structure in place has a proven track record of consistently demanding and supplying amazing work as well as nurturing it's entrepreneurial and ambitious staff.

A predominantly ATL agency, their new mantra going forward is about pursuing creative excellence from a multi-channel standpoint and therefore are creating a diverse and multi-talented set of account handlers who are experts in their respective channels.

The role:

The Creative aspirations are exceptionally high, so you should be able to portray strong creative judgement & responsibility. Working with a group of talented creatives means you must be unafraid and willing to make crucial decisions. Being confident and passionate about the creative work is a must.

Strategically you need to be able to, again, show good judgement and insight into the brand you will be representing, knowing the competitors and knowing the market like the back of your hand. This is a very strategic account so good experience and an enjoyment of strategy is a must.

Obviously as an Account Director dealing with people needs to be your speciality. The agency demand efficiency and the ability to create, forge and maintain strong relationships with clients as well as internal staff.
Organisational skills are a must as any good account handler knows.

You must have global and FMCG experience.

The Ideal Candidate:

You need to be ambitious, pro-active and willing to roll your sleeves up and get stuck into what will be an intense but enjoyable experience. One that will push your skills to the next level.

You will need to be unafraid of pushing boundaries and willing to go the extra mile to produce the best work possible.
