Web Analytics & Optimisation Manager

A Web Analytics & Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Manager is needed to join one of the world's largest digital marketing agencies. Based from their office in London or Brighton (your choice), expect to utilise your expert skills in Google Analytics and CRO to drive User Experience, Conversion Rates and Optimisation for major brands.

With clients that include L'Oreal, Lego and Barclays (plus many more) this marketing agency employs over 900 staff in 19 offices globally, including 150 UK staff based in London and Brighton. This leading agency combines their expertise in media, creative and analytics to create moments that build close relationships with brands and their customers in real time.

Reporting to the Director of Analytics you will be responsible for supporting colleagues and helping clients improve marketing performance through web analytics and conversion rate optimisation practices. Whether you are defining and optimising user journeys; inspiring and motivating your virtual team; driving continual improvement; increasing conversion rates; or creating data strategies, you will play a vital role understanding analytical business needs of your clients, identifying the correct tools and implementing solutions.

To qualify... You should be a Web Analytics & Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager / Web Optimisation Analyst / CRO Manager / Insight Analyst / Marketing Analyst / Digital Optimisation Analyst / Digital Marketing Analyst / Marketing Performance Analyst / Optimisation Web Manager or similar with a CV that demonstrates;

  • Experience in a similar Web Analytics role;
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics (including 360 Suite);
  • HTML & JavaScript knowledge and practical experience;
  • Experience planning, configuring and running conversion rate optimisation projects;
  • A high degree of numeracy with strong Excel and data analysis skills;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Excellent organisational skills, with accuracy and attention to detail;
  • The ability to work well within a team.

Knowledge of another web analytic platform such as Coremetrics, Adobe Analytics or Webtrends would be advantageous.
