Digital Account Manager; E-Commerce agency, Huddersfield, West Yorkshire £25 - 30K

Our client is an entrepreneurial agency which has grown at an impressive pace. They offer a full range of Digital Marketing solutions for clients, with a particular strength in E-Commerce and are run by two highly experienced and ambitious Directors. They've created a great work environment - daily Mario Kart tournaments, office drones etc - and built an impressive client base and they are now looking for a Digital Account Manager to join the team.

You will take on an established pool of clients that includes retailers and B2B businesses moving into E-Commerce for the first time. Taking increasing responsibility for the client relationship the Digital Account Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing campaigns for clients including Email marketing, ongoing website development, SEO, PPC and Social Media.
  • Involved in E-Commerce build projects ensuring the client is engaged throughout the process.
  • Reporting back regularly to clients on campaign effectiveness and suggesting ideas to develop and improve results.
  • Meeting regularly with clients to ensure the relationship with the agency remains strong and to be pro actively support them with new initiatives within their business.
  • Supporting junior members of staff.

You will be joining a great team where banter is encouraged and everyone shares the same passion for growing the business. There is a clear path for the Digital Account Manager to progress into a senior role within the agency and play an integral role in helping shape the business.

  • Experience as a Digital Account Manager within an agency - E-Commerce experience will be an additional advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • A sense of humour and advanced Mario Kart skills
