We’re looking for a Brand Manager based in our attractive Gatwick offices who will manage the NESCAFÉ AZERA brand. 

It is an exciting opportunity to help plan, develop and execute plans to continue the growth of this rising star in the NESCAFE portfolio. You’ll be rewarded with an attractive package, plus a car allowance, an annual bonus of up to 12%, private medical insurance, 25 days holiday plus 12 Flex days on top.

Brand Manager Opportunity:

As Brand Manager on the NESCAFÉ AZERA brand reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will have responsibility for developing and executing strategic plans for this innovative sub brand which despite having been launched only 4 years ago, has grown to be the number 1 in the Super Premium segment and is delivering Innovation such as the recently launched NESCAFE AZERA Coffee To Go cups. With a heavy weight consumer marketing budget, you will have responsibility for developing communications across the full marketing mix, developing and executing annual brand plans and involvement in the development of product and packaging innovation; so it offers a fully rounded marketing role.

You will be working cross-functionally within this position, interacting daily with sales, category, supply chain, finance and managing external agencies to implement the plans.

Experience required for the Brand Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Brand/Marketing professional who:

  • has a strong academic back ground and ideally qualified to Degree level
  • has proven experience managing a portfolio of brands, products and projects independently
  • can work under challenging/demanding market environments in a FMCG company


As the ambassador for this key brand throughout the organisation, you will:

  • need to be passionate, insight driven with strong analytical skills and results focused
  • enjoy working in a highly energetic and dynamic environment as part of a broader beverage marketing team
  • be pro-active and enthusiastic with a real passion for the food and beverage industry
  • have marketing experience as a Brand Manager within a Blue Chip FMCG company
  • have the grounding you need to drive this brand forward
