ACCOUNT/PROJECT MANAGER

Our client is a small independent design consultancy committed to delivering first class creative solutions to a number of high profile clients.  The main core of the business is providing a creative service to the UK residential property sector where they have a long proven track record.  They are based in West London which is easily accessible via public transport or car.

They are looking for an experienced, passionate individual, ideally with a proven track record of working for clients within residential/commercial property sector. To work with 2 or 3 select clients on a day to day basis, handling all aspects of the design process for large scale residential and mixed use developments.

A full understanding of residential marketing requirements and the design process for a development launch is essential.  Must be confident, personable and an excellent communicator.  To interact with staff and clients alike, have a professional approach and be well presented.

The ability to understand the clients needs. To take multiple instructions from various key clients via telephone and extensive email correspondence.  

To filter all incoming requests and prepare comprehensive briefs for the creative/production team.  A design/marketing agency background would be very beneficial.

It is essential that this person is design aware, is accurate and has an eye for detail. To be very well organised and to motivate the team.

To be proactive towards the clients, ensuring that as a business we are delivering a high standard at all times.

Regular client visits/meetings to be organised and attended.  Suitable candidates will need to have a clean UK driving licence and own a car.

You will be expected to handle all associated admin for each of their clients including the working out and preparing of quotations.  This will therefore require close liaison with the studio and a number of third party suppliers such as printers and exhibition companies etc.

This role is pivotal in the day to day running of the business, therefore a huge commitment is required to ensure all aspects of the role are carried out to the full.
