We're thrilled to be working with an outstanding creative agency in South Manchester, which boasts an extensive and impressive client list of sports, retail and luxury brands. They are looking for a Client Services Manager to join them at an exciting point in their development.

The Client Services Manager will be responsible for:

· Managing, supporting and training (when needed) a team of account handlers; supporting them in their day to day activity

· Responsibility for one of the agencies flagship accounts, a major sports retailer

· Developing existing accounts by spotting additional revenue opportunities

· Supporting the Sales team by attending new client meetings and pitches

· Ensuring high client satisfaction through delivering high quality creative campaigns.

This is a brand new role for the agency and as such, we are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager or Account Director looking to join the senior management team of an exciting creative agency. You will have strong people management experience coupled with the ability to work closely with clients to define their objectives and deliver tangible solutions. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in managing POS projects within the retail industry.
