One of the fastest growing SAS solutions companies, a truly innovative e-commerce tech company is looking to bring on an Account Manager. They have secured some major accounts and are now looking to add to more consultants to their central London team. This is a great opportunity for an individual to manage a client portfolio in an innovative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Own client relationships
  • Be the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients
  • Provide a consultative approach to e-commerce challenges o Manage delivery of projects to clients
  • Be responsible for quality of deliverables and client satisfaction
  • Support the development of existing key accounts
  • Create deliverables
  • Use proprietary web analytics and testing software
  • Analyse data relating to site performance, navigation and perception
  • Create and present audit reports to senior stakeholders with emphasis on operational recommendations o Drive client training programmes
  • Manage projects
  • Work across a multi-functional team
  • Manage project plans
  • Report on forecasting and progress to management o Contribute to the product roadmap
  • Take part in sales and marketing events

Requirements: ● 3 - 5 years of experience in a client facing role ● Relevant consultative experience in SaaS, ASP, eBusiness ,CRM software or other solution ● Knowledge of analytics tools ● Strong technical aptitude (HTML, CSS, JavaScript,…) coupled with a strong understanding of business value ● Proficiency with Excel and/or SQL a bonus ● Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
