Senior Account Manager
A Senior Account Manager or possibly Account Director is needed by a vibrant full service ad/design agency, based in Devon (yes, by the coast).
The successful candidate will focus on one of the agencies leading accounts (they service clients across the UK). They will need a keen eye for detail, be accurate and organised. They will report to the Managing Director of the agency but liaise directly with the client and the creative agency to ensure deadlines are met and creative trafficked. They will need to have an analytical mind and be able to provide concise yet incisive post campaign analyses, and then use those learnings to inform future campaigns.
They will have a strong digital background, using a variety of digital channels to good effect for their previous clients. They will be able to explain what works and what doesn’t as well as having a thorough understanding of the relative strengths and weaknesses for each channel. However, they shouldn’t be digital at the complete expense of offline. They should understand how digital interplays with other media and how all channels can be used to engage and inform consumers.
The successful candidate will be a team player, a good communicator and be confident presenting to clients. They will be able to demonstrate how they have mentored younger staff and contributed to the performance of their team in the past.
