- As the Account Director you will be expected to step in and run pitches, brainstorming, client contact and presentations.
- You will manage all the client accounts working across a range of disciplines TV, POS, OOH, Digital, Social, Strategy and Print. As well as managing a team.
- You will be working closely with strategist, creatives and the CSD - exposing you to the top people in this field.
- You will be responsible for managing key business challenges along with your business director.
- The ideal Account Director will have a good level of experience in 360 integrated campaigns.
- You will have an "ambitious fire in your belly" to progress quickly and be the best Account Director out there.
- You will have experience in maintaining and growing client relationships and be confident in presenting ideas to both senior colleagues and clients alike.
- You will be hugely ambitious and have a genuine passion for what you do.
