To be considered for the role of Head of Digital you will be passionate about exploring, developing, presenting and delivering innovative, differentiating digital ideas and concepts both internally and externally.

As Head of Digital you will be both strategic and an innovator, working closely with the Creative Director, Client Services and Planning Department to ensure that this agency is at the very forefront of the latest technologies and implementation methods.

As Head of Digital you will be expected to come up with inspiring, pioneering ideas that break the mould whilst constantly playing an active part in the development and delivery of the agency’s digital creative territories with innovative and involving solutions and activation techniques that will truly resonate with our clients' customers.

Head of Digital – Key responsibilities:

  • Solution and ideas generation and development – working as a technical lead with external and internal developers liaising and collaborating with digital production partners, IA/UX experts, interactive producers, designers and social media developers to ensure our interactive products are of the highest standard.
  • Client relationships - Building a strong relationship with client contacts and technology partners
  • Team management - On-going motivation and contribution to positive morale of team members
  • Internal communications - Developing strong relationships with all other parts of the business
  • Industry awareness - Being constantly aware of the latest trends, fashions and technical developments in the digital space and how that impacts on consumer behaviour, direct marketing, advertising and digital/e-marketing and social arenas, proactively seeking to detect suitable integration opportunities for client projects

In return for your skills and experience as a Head of Digital our client offers a competitive salary ranging between £70-80k depending very much on experience and suitability.
