Digital Manager - Charity
Based in Central London (Northern & Jubilee line)
£38,954 + benefits including pension, life assurance, 25 days hol, season ticket loan etc
A trusted & leading charity is searching for a Digital Manager to manage digital channels with the aim of increasing brand engagement.
*Project manage development and user testing of digital channels, including liaising with the development agency, designers and the relevant stakeholders to ensure projects are developed to specification and delivered on time and to budget.
*Responsible for content management for the charity's corporate digital channels and associated web and mobile channels, ensuring effective roll-out of the content management system (CMS) and the development of a charity-wide network of content providers.
*Oversee technical coordination for the charity's corporate digital channels, including liaising with internal technical teams and agency partners to monitor usage and performance of key systems and servers; coordinating regular reviews and technical updates to maintain and optimise performance.
*Responsible for developing and delivering a programme to support branches and counties to move to the central CMS managed templates; working with colleagues in Membership to achieve this.
*Oversee and guide the work of the Web Editor.
Experience / knowledge required:
*Experience of working within digital publishing industry, either in-house or agency
*Proven experience of working in a busy digital team, including managing multiple priorities and deadlines
*Proven experience of project managing complex digital development projects and technical updates
*Solid experience of HTML, CSS, web and mobile UX and accessibility, SEO and analytics
*Proven experience of using Adobe CS6 to produce creative content, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier
*Demonstrable experience of developing effective relationships with stakeholders and agencies
