This agency has a very strategic and innovative way of working. They have grown the account since they won it and are now considered one of the brands most important thinkers.
There is a portfolio of drinks brands that are through-the-line focused, including TV, and some are more BTL focused, including in-bar communications.
The account team (AD, SAM and 2 X AE) is motivated and recognised as one of the best teams in the agency. It's also supported by strong involvement of two of the Managing Partners. The current AD will move up to a SAD position.
This is an opportunity to take over leadership of the team day-to-day, deepen the integration of the account across the business and continue its growth.
There will also be opportunities to get involved in new business.
The account isn't just about football or booze but knowledge of and enthusiasm for football is important.
Chemistry and fit with existing team is important, particularly application, focus, working well with intellectually challenging clients and a strong desire to do great work.
