Head of Sales – up to £60K + Bouses – Consumer

Location: Central London

Salary: up to £60k + Bonuses

We are currently recruiting for an ambitious and high-achieving Head of Sales to join our premium media owner with vast global scale and a multi-channel to sell across TV, Video, Native, Print and Experiential Events targeting the HNW consumer. Based in the heart of the city, our client is already a leading brand and they are looking to expand! Based in fantastic offices in Central London, it really is the ideal place to go if you have already gained a firm understanding of the media industry, but now want to push on with your career by moving to a big name company!

Our client are willing to look at a slight variety of verticals that you have strategized and processed in previously, but a National Press and Agency background would be ideal. What we are really looking for is a go-getter who is selling video solutions mainly but also has print & experiential sales experience.

The role:

-          Passionate about multi-channel solutions, potentially with creative media sales experience

-          Hands on sales role, where you will lead from the front and ensure optimal revenue delivery from key accounts, new business prospects and trading deals.

-          Manage and drive revenue across all channels whilst taking ownership of all advertising revenue generation for Europe

-          Develop the strategy in line with the overall company objectives.

Skills that would be attractive and relevant for this position are below:

-          6+ years previous sales experience, preferably within a multi-channel media owner or agency

-          3+ years Management experience preferable

-          Demonstrable experience in establishing, managing and growing client and agency relationships.

-          The ability to work autonomously and to monthly targets.

-          Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

-          Preferably current and positive relationships across the luxury, finance and corporate sectors both from a client and agency perspective.

-          A phenomenal drive and a thirst for success.

-          Experience of managing and developing high value sales solutions and teams - ideally within the luxury and financial sectors or brands that seek to target the premium HNW audience.

-          Video experience, International Sales experience, print sales experience preferable.
