Account Manager | CRM | Loyalty Agency | £35,000
A leading loyalty/ marketing agency are looking for an Account Manager to join the team. Working in a fast paced environment you will have exposure to fantastic accounts where you will be able to showcase your CRM/ Email campaign experience.
Ideally coming from a marketing agency, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities and tasks for specific client projects, with significant focus on data-driven email and web communications, as instructed by the Account Director.
Account Manager Responsibilities
- Support with the set up and delivery of email broadcast campaigns for a key client
- Management of campaigns in line with Creative, Data Analytics and Database Operations Teams to ensure they are delivered to client briefs, accurately and on time
- Working on both the loyalty program and the CRM program that will be instrumental in the clients success
- Management of client's expectations with campaign delivery etc.
- Work closely with the Account Director and regularly meet key clients
- Finance management including scoping projects, providing accurate estimates in a timely manner
Account Manager Requirements
- Ideally coming from agency background
- Experience in CRM Campaigns across different channels, DM, SMS and Email
- Key Interests in and understanding of loyalty marketing and CRM
- Analytical and data driven
- Strong attention to detail and stakeholder management skills
