Senior Account Manager/Account Director-Automotive

They are a specialist market research agency that help their clients develop a better understanding of their customers levels of satisfaction through insightful research and evaluation. This particularly effective for those industries that sell through one or more channels such as automotive or IT.
This is a great chance for a smart, efficient individual to join at Senior Account Manager or Account Director level. A senior role within the agency responsible for developing and managing client projects designed to harvest customer opinion, analyse and deliver results via web portals and to provide recommendations how to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. Reporting to a Director you will be working as part of an experienced account team with the support of insight.
- 3 - 4 years agency experience minimum
- high degree of numeracy, tenacity and interpersonal skills to deal with a number of client contacts simultaneously
- strong presentation skills
- communications skills written and verbal
- project management skills
- ability to prepare quotations and pitch documents
