The Account Director Role
The agency are looking for a bright and ambitious Account Director to work across a brilliant automotive account.
This is a high profile role within the Agency.
The Account Director should have a strong CRM and digital background, as well as strong project management and implementation and origination of work experience.
Strategic judgement, as well as integrated experience and sound knowledge of working on different media are also key.
This is a huge opportunity for the right candidate to work on the biggest account in the agency.
The Account Director will be responsible for leading and motivating a team comprised of Senior Account Managers/Account Managers and an Account Executive.
Key Experience, Skills and Personal attributes required of the Account Director:
- A very strong Account Director who leads with relationship management
- Ability to build and manage relationships internally and externally and at all levels
- Comfortable delivering large volumes of work and working to tight deadlines
- Must be self-sufficient, able to work autonomously whilst also being a team player
- Ability to remain calm under pressure is a must
- Strives to exceed expectations internally and externally
- Demonstrates support for colleagues and a collaborative approach to team working
- Strong CRM and digital experience with sound strategic, creative and production knowledge to lead and drive projects through
