Head of Planning - Integrated Agency - London
Very special Head of Planning role with an agency that are truly changing the face of commerce and brand marketing. The independent agency is over 100 strong in London and truly integrated in their output. The Head of Planning role is an exciting opportunity - it's a new hire for the agency and thus the suitable candidate will be responsible for leading the strategic vision of the planning team and will take leadership in creative thinking across the agency's client portfolio. Given the nature of the agency the successful Head of Planning should have a true 'channel planning experience' with in-depth experience across digital but also have a real and working knowledge of shopper marketing.
The last 18 months has been an incredible journey for this agency and because of this the role would suit a brilliant Head of Planning who wants to be involved in an agency where he/she can genuinely affect change.
Is it you?
*Extensive agency experience in senior strategic roles - will already be at planning director level or will be a very senior planner frustrated in their current role and ready to step up
*Proven experience running a planning function - with the ability to build and develop a department
*Channel 'agnostic' deep experience in digital, data, and shopper marketing
*Inspirational - can influence change internally and also influence client change through brilliant strategic thinking
This offers a very unique opportunity as although it's a full time role the ideal candidate will be open to working 3 or 4 days a week to start.
