Specialist Music Video business that empowers brands to reach targeted audiences through music is now seeking an experienced partnerships/creative solutions sales person to join their funky team!

To be considered for the role you MUST have a huge passion for music- and know lots about it too! The day to day of this role will include coming up with music strategies for brands, producing creative partnerships ideas utilising their unique tie in with musicians/artists and labels!

Their content is informed by data-driven insights, amplified through social marketing and platform services.

The Role

The key function of this role is to deliver revenue through the effective development of music strategies for specific brands and then the selling of creative partnerships that span; digital, video, content & experiential.

You will be required to proactively seek out revenue from clients direct and agencies from non-endemic clients that perhaps haven't even realised that they need a music strategy within their marketing mix!

This is a role that requires an entrepreneurial approach, an effective black-book of contacts and a huge passion for music!

Essential Attributes and Personal Qualities

  • Excellent industry contacts and established relationships with Tier 1 agencies & clients direct
  • Ability to confidently represent yourself internally and to external clients
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Commercially aware and goal orientated, with strong numeracy skills
  • Be fully conversant with digital media trading terminology
  • Ability to think creatively and sell in out-of-the-box solutions
  • Ability to work under pressure and within short deadlines
  • A self-starter and have natural motivation to succeed
  • Ability to work both individually and as part of a team
  • Excellent organisational skills
