The Role:

The Client Manager (CM) is a key role within the B2B Services and Support department. Reporting to the Client Services Manager, the CM is responsible for the successful implementation of Rosetta Stone language programs, monitoring client usage and ensuring program adoption. The CM will be assigned to a group of accounts across the Corporate, Government and/or Education sectors. The CM will be measured based on adoption/usage of our software, client satisfaction, client revenue retention, achieved renewal targets and identification of growth opportunities.

  • Consult with clients to jointly establish specific goals, the metrics used to evaluate progress towards those goals, and to align expectations for maximum client success
  • Monitor adoption and usage; conduct program reviews with clients using established metrics and reporting to ensure they are on track to meet goals. Consult with clients to remedy programs that are off track
  • Internal Collaboration and Coordination with Sales team members

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English

  • German proficiency required and Dutch a plus

  • Strong analytical skills

  • BA/BS from an accredited institution required

  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills

  • Program/project management experience

  • Ability to build trust, rapport and strong client relationships
