The Role

As an Account Manager at Haymarket, you’ll lead from the front, being a trusted partner to our customers, building solid relationships and understanding their businesses. You’ll be passionate about our brands and our products, and will get our customers to be just as enthusiastic.
 
In your role, you will be working with recruitment consultancies across a broad range of sectors. Each customer is on their own recruitment journey and our mission is to help them achieve great results through our digital job boards, our unrivalled content and market intelligence and, our passion for delivering exceptional service.
 
The Requirements
 You will have proven success in retaining and growing revenue within a complex sales environment whilst building incredible customer relationships. As well as exceptional account management experience, you will have experience working within recruitment and/or digital media.
 
You will have excellent networking and interpersonal skills, negotiating and influencing skills. You will be motivated by meeting your clients face to face to understand their business needs and will focus on finding the right solutions, presenting them in a way that really speaks to them.
 
We also expect our senior sales staff to help mentor and educate their colleagues with their own evidence from within the recruitment industry.

You will be joining the Haymarket recruitment team, the largest sales team within Haymarket, responsible for generating over £7m in annual revenues.
