JOB DESCRIPTION:

My client is an award winning beauty company. The are beauty curators. Rather than selling full beauty lines, my client has created a shop where every product is chosen by a world-class expert panel - the professionals to whom the A-listers turn when they need to look perfect - for its stand-alone brilliance. My client is an insider beauty hall of fame that you can shop in the knowledge that anything you buy will be 'sell-your-granny' good.

My client is looking for an eCommerce Senior Producer/Project manager (mid level role)

You will be responsible for delivering products/solutions, promoting communication between the teams (Marketing, Design, Technology, Operations), preparing estimates, scheduling and project management (using JIRA, Teamwork or similar) and feeding back progress and risks to the management team. You will leverage your comprehensive understanding of digital and creative development, production and deployment capability to provide timely, quality delivery of content and technology initiatives and enhancements.
Ultimately this role is about knowing the status of all critical projects within the business - know "who's got the ball", when items are due, what are the dependencies, what are the risks, what (or who) is holding things up, what decisions do leadership need to make, and what needs to be done to make sure we deliver on time.
This role will create visibility of work within the business so all team members can see the status of projects, enhancements, fixes, design and content production - at any time, using a centralised system.
This role will report to the CEO, but will have regular communication with all key team members and will regularly feedback to, and take questions from the leadership team.
Great people skills and getting things done "with a smile on your face" will go a long way with this role.

Main Duties:
Lead the introduction of a structured approach to getting things done using agile, scrum or similar
Schedule, monitor and deliver projects cross functionally within the business
Develop time and resource plans for projects and regular content releases
Set a clear risk management process with the team
Manage the quality of the project management process
Curation of JIRA (or similar) and creation of structured controls around the intake of requests for changes and enhancements
Ensure the project life cycle meets the management team expectations
Lead day-to-day liaison between department heads and teams
Prioritise & set expectations on deliverables
Regular feedback of progress, risks and roadblocks to management

Required Skills and Experience
A passion for project delivery and structured communication
Experience within a digital environment (ideally ecommerce) is an absolute must for this role.
Agile, scrum or a similar formalised process
4+ years of experience in delivering online advertising, campaign micro sites, websites & mobile
Expert level (and lead the traction of) JIRA, Teamwork or similar
Proven ability to lead, prioritise & organise resources while maintaining quality & attention to detail
Must have management interface experience and good people skills
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
Very Detail-oriented, organised with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Proficient skills in JIRA/Teamwork (or similar) Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project & (ideally) Visio

Other desired skills but non-mandatory
Web development
QA and testing governance and management of a QA team is a HUGE bonus.
Photoshop, Illustrator
Digital marketing
Web technology/server skills
Understanding of coding
Bachelor's degree in business, advertising, computer science or similar related field preferred but not essential.
