Associate Creative Director – Award-Winning Central London Agency £80k


We are very excited to work with a very cool international and forward thinking digital agency who is seeking an Associate Creative Director to join their award winning team in Central London.

We are looking for a confident and experienced individual who can go in and hit the ground running owning projects from the very beginning. This extremely impressive agency has grown significantly and globally over the last few years, picking up numerous awards along the way and whose main focus is digital and social media. 


The Role:
  • Will be heavily involved in the development and growth of the department, shaping everything by working collaboratively with the CD.
  • Needs someone capable of generating thought-provoking ideas and seeing those ideas through to the final product.
  • Will involve working collaboratively with a team when needed, and will not be afraid to speak up if they feel they can add value to the brief.
  • Requires someone with the ability and understanding of how to formulate award-winning campaigns.
  • Will require overseeing and managing other creatives, interns and designers.
  • Involve writing scripts for award entries and for videos of case studies.
  • Be happy to offer support in terms of editorial – ensuring the fastest turn-around for content.
  • Be happy to work with the tech and design teams in a collective manner.
 

You Will:
  • Have previous experience working to budget.
  • Be able to create work that is driven by insight.
  • Be ready to work as a team within the larger agency and other departments.
  • Not be afraid to team up and work with a number of different people project by project.
  • Have a good grip on what’s currently happening in the industry, and keep up to date with all of the work that’s currently happening outside of the agency.
  • Have a good sense of intuition, be an ambassador when dealing with both colleagues and clients, be able to think on the fly.
  • Be the biggest supporter of idea generation and encourage this throughout the rest of the agency.
  • Be completely proactive and be able to see that there are more to campaigns than what is on the brief by thinking above and beyond.
  • Have a working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
