Junior to Middleweight Art Director
We need a Junior - Middleweight Art Director that is packed full of incredibly clever ideas that are based on even more clever strategy. This is a total gem of a role for someone that wants to go a little creatively crazy, build a folio of amazing work and play a part in the direction and success of a number of leading FMCG brands!
The brands are ones that have immediately entered the market and swept up due both to their incredibly clever brand positioning but also their thorough understanding of their audience. In a short time they are already holding the Number 1 position within their category.
Most of all we are looking for clever brand storytellers that will produce work that will amaze. People that create campaigns that have substance whether that is across their branding and packaging, on or offline advertising and games, events, PoP etc etc You will continually be looking at innovative yet commercially astute ways of engaging with consumers.
The brands have been created with a playful core both within their design and copy however they are not twee or cute, they are clever and if anything a little leftfield. Aimed at both an adult and child market, we are looking for a Team that adapts to very different audiences, that can produce design that a health conscious adult would buy and a child would want in their lunch box. There is an illustrative look and feel throughout.
What will you need for this role?
Most importantly, IDEAS. They want an Art Director that is inspirational, challenges the brands, that if anything they need to rein in (on occasion!).
A person that has already built some experience in producing 360 campaigns, ideally across FMCG however if your folio is knock out and would translate to this area then please send it across anyway.
Someone that will work alongside the Directors and Designers, will share their vision, will get excited about the possibilities and potential and will become a huge advocate of the brands.
Spark, passion and bravery – you are passionate and the very best at what you do, constantly looking at ways to push boundaries, move the brands forward, and do things differently. We’re looking for examples of where you have already done this.
