The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years experience working within a creative agency and should have a solid understanding of the internal workings of an agency.

You're someone in the early years of their marketing agency career who wants to become an
expert on how fundraising communications are planned, created and delivered.
Ideally you've worked on a charity client already or wish to become more expert in this area.
You get excited by charity work, want to share your enthusiasm and are keen to be involved increative and strategic discussions. You like collaborating on delivering first rate work as part of a
Outside of work, you're curious about the world. And you are a persuasive grown up. You aren't prickly; you take feedback on board as much as you give it to others. Nor do you sound
as if you've swallowed a text-book on direct marketing.
You are friendly, natural, and interested in the world around you.
