As a Account / Project Manager on the Agencies most significant client account team, you will play a key role in managing projects and client communication.

Main areas of responsibility:

> Act as a support to the day-to-day agency contact, managing all relevant projects, administrative, organisational and financial management elements, meeting/liaising regularly with clients to discuss and action requirements, and delivering a highly responsive, efficient and effective service throughout

> Act as a point of contact for both the client as well as internally, working collaboratively with agency teams and directors, coordinating day-to-day projects and communicating effectively with all involved

> Manage and deliver projects effectively and efficiently, on schedule and within budget - always working to the Agencies project management and client servicing processes, standards of output and expectations

> Brief the relevant team/s (creative/digital/content/strategy) correctly and manage the delivery of projects from brief through to completion, coordinating teams and reviewing work throughout the project stages

> Handle financial management effectively, costing for work appropriately and managing project costs, invoicing

> Consistently develop and apply and in-depth understanding of the client's sector and business, keeping up-to-date with market trends and opportunities

> Work independently, consistently reporting in to the Account/Project Director as required, as well as support the Account Director, the team and/or the agency Directors on projects.

Skills and experience

> At least 3-4 years of digital project management experience, gained within a very busy, demanding and fast-paced agency environment

> Ideally educated to a degree standard with a specialism in marketing, advertising, branding or design management

> Project Management qualifications highly desirable

> Experience of playing a key, central role in multi-disciplinary projects and/or campaigns; an in-depth understanding of digital channels and processes is also an asset

> Excellent project management skills with a proactive and considered approach

> Strong organisational skills - We are looking for a highly organised individual, capable of juggling several projects/tasks simultaneously and with excellent attention to detail

> A bright, highly motivated, proactive and confident person, who is driven and who always delivers
