We are looking for a Marketing and Sponsorship Executive to join this hugely successful, global entertainment agency. This is an incredible opportunity to have vast responsibility for leading and managing the marketing and sponsorship teams and strategies in order to drive new revenue streams across a portfolio of clients.

Based in a beautiful and modern West London office, sitting within the wider Marketing team, you’ll be reporting to the MD of Sponsorship as well as a number of senior marketing managers.

The key responsibilities of the Marketing and Sponsorship Executive will be to:

  • Lead the partnership marketing plan
  • Set and exceed goals regarding increasing admissions and sales for certain events throughout the year
  • Manage all ATL campaigns
  • Manage the website and keep it up to date
  • Create and carry out all email marketing
  • Create the social media strategy and manage the social accounts
  • Campaign analysis and post event reporting
  • Look after the event marketing budget as well as liaise with finance for invoicing
  • Be the point of contact for all creative/PR agencies and third parties
  • Be responsible for the creation of all offline collateral
  • Be responsible for driving meaningful and focused partnerships
  • Oversee PR and press promotions.

To be the successful Marketing and Sponsorship Executive you will: 

  • Be degree educated in a relevant subject e.g Business/Communications/Management
  • Have experience in a commercial marketing environment and varied role
  • Have great examples of strategies that you’ve created and carried out
  • Have a good understanding of sponsorship marketing
  • Have experience in running large events
  • Have strong ability to build and maintain effective relationships
  • A strong interest in UK sport would be beneficial!
