Client Services Director, London & Exeter, £55k + bonus
This is an unusual but great opportunity for a Client Director to step into a Client Services Director role, with exceptional client development skills, and join this progressive agency who are opening a new office and studio in Paddington, London. The opportunity is to step upwards, but also to work closely with their core team of 30 people in Exeter where they have their main studio. So you will travel there from time to time, and should be able to do that.
Living in London, or somewhere between London, the South West or near Exeter is the ideal in many ways.
This is a full service creative agency, with national and international clients, from consumer, retail, tech, consumer services to name a few client sectors. They work across a truly multi-disciplined spread, from Branding, Digital, Marketing, Advertising, Film and Corporate Reporting, working with brands of all shapes and sizes. And they win awards for their work too and are RAR recommended and a Google Partner. The key directors have all come from big London agencies and have a collaborative but progressive approach. As a Client Director, you'll be ready for the next step up and hungry to grab that opportunity. But you'll also be very good at growing your client business, developing strong relationships, working with the team to bring in new business. This is a Client Services Director role that has serious potential for a Board role and a long term future, working with their existing client services team in Exeter, and closely with the partners to grow the London agency. Right now, it's a satellite office, but this will grow and they are investing in this right now! It's a result of increased work out of London and other business opportunities.
As their Client Services director, you'll probably have come from either a tech savvy branding agency, or advertising or integrated agency. Digitally edgy, you'll have that mix of work behind you but a firm understanding of the power of brand and communications.
They want you to have a seriously successful agency account development history. You'll have a can-do attitude, be insightful, creative and innovative, tech-savvy and knowledgeable.
As Client Services Director you will be expected to demonstrate a range of skills and experience. You must have a proven track record in growing accounts and winning new business/pitches. Great campaign and comms knowledge from branding to digital, across a variety of sectors. And your strategic ability and insight of your clients must be second to none.
