Ethical consumer brand is looking for a senior designer for their small design studio.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join this fast growing team.

This company keep all their creative work in-house. This means that you will be looking after all their adverts as well as product design.

We are looking for competency in graphic design, an eye for innovative design and doing things in a different way.

In your role you will manage everything from ATL & OOH design, to packaging, collateral, merchandise, presentations and reports, website banners & visual content for social. Essentially, everything that is visually communicated to the outside world is created by you, therefore sticking to brand guidelines is essential.

Company is conveniently based near Victoria station, London and are a young, dynamic and hard working team.

You must be able to work within the creative marketing team to develop ideas from initial brainstorm to print ready artwork.

Should have a strong understanding of brand identity, consistency and guidelines. You are the brand guru of the company, so much be able to ensure consistency across all channels, both digital and print.

About You

No two days are the same and our client is looking for ambitious, passionate and motivated people to join their team to help this organisation shake up the drinks industry by improving the health of the nation by showing through their designs which the brand stands for.

We’re ideally looking for a designer with a different approach to create.

You must have at least 3 years of design experience across advertising as well packaging. Your portfolio must contain a selection of pieces that demonstrate how you think differently both for ATL campaigns, social media, and packaging design.

Your key competencies will include;

-Must understand the different print processes

-Strong design and art working skills

-be able to lead creative discussions

-be able to work independently, leading creative projects as well as supporting the team through daily creative requests

Strong attention to detail
