Right, now this role is outstanding and probably one of the best i've worked on all year. However, but before I go into too much detail this role is very DR (Direct Response) focused and requires somebody who has a DR/Acquisition background but want to be more involved in a brand and DR role.
Now the crux of this role is all about big game launches and continued digital downloads! You'll be driving consumers to your client's sites (Major game producers) mainly across Display & Paid Social. A lot of the PPC & Programmatic buying is handled by a different team within the business, however you will oversee this!
So, what does the role honestly look like? Realistically it encompasses everything from building a strategy, to planning individual campaigns to rolling your sleeves up and getting your hands dirty on some of the activation and reporting/analysis.
Reporting into a lovely Head of Digital Performance, you'll learn from one of the industries most talented digital gaming experts who has spent most of her career either working for a games producer or working on a gaming clients at an agency! She brings a huge amount to the table which can only help you learn and develop.
You'll also get the opportunity to manage two very smart Account Executives who came straight from University and have done so well in upskilling and learning the world of digital media. Now they need a leader who can develop them, train them further and progress them through the business!
It doesn't matter if you don't have games or ents experience because it's all about personality at this agency, they want outgoing characters who enjoy a good time but also love what they do day to day!
