SHOPPER MARKETING AGENCY are looking to recruit a bright, confident, energetic, entrepreneurial and personable SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE or ACCOUNT MANAGER for their next big challenge.

The opportunity for the chosen Account Manager is to work on high profile projects, develop relationships with clients and deliver project rollouts. Can also confidently lead finance on their own projects and liaise with the creative department, suppliers and key client contacts. Plus a confident presenter of ideas!

Key accounts are exciting FMCG brands and we are looking for a SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE / ACCOUNT MANAGER with shopper marketing, FMCG and retail experience.

As an ambassador for the agency, the Senior Account Executive / Account Manager is a key point of contact for clients, responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of campaigns, ensuring the work is strategically correct, on budget and on time. As Senior Account Executive / Account Manager you demonstrate emerging entrepreneurial activities with a desire to deliver great work for your clients. You will be confident and calm in your execution of the challenges associated with the role of an Senior Account Executive / Account Manager.  Managing the various agency resources (from the creative team to external suppliers) whilst delivering great results.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a number of new and existing accounts, developing solid business relationships with Clients through regular proactive contact, ensuring the potential of each account is fully maximised.
  • Build strong relationships with Clients at junior and senior levels to strengthen relationships and develop the account(s).
  • Show a clear understanding of Client’s business determining how best the Clients objectives can be met and making sound Shopper Marketing recommendations across all marketing channels.
  • Brief all relevant parties within the Agency clearly and succinctly on what’s needed to obtain optimum results on time, every time.
  • Prepare and delivers clear, concise, well-organised and convincing presentations that offer sound recommendations and include costs involved.
  • Prepare and monitors budgets ensuring effective control and reconciliation of costs, and management of job bags to deliver Agency profit.
  • Prepare profit forecast for every cost sheet and report to line manager.
  • Manage suppliers to best deliver to agreed timings and budgets – cross quoting for all jobs.
  • Manage the creative and production processes with WIP meetings as outlined, turning ideas into reality and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Monitor progress of campaigns and make recommendations for modifications where appropriate.
  • Monitor competitor activity and share with team.
