Group Head of Digital
We are recruiting for a Group Head of Digital to deliver organic traffic and operational change. You will be required to define best practice across this matrix organisation. This role is highly visible one, therefore the need to have clear concise communication. demonstrate technical knowledge and innovative ways to drive high quality inbound traffic across the global geographies is essential.
The Key responsibilities for this role are:
- Leading the content strategy across all business units to maximise organic non-paid traffic
- Providing guidance and share best practice across business units on content. social, SEO and other organic traffic
- Clear understanding of data, insight and UX in-order to improve the customer journey
- Manage relationships with UK agencies
- Conversation optimisation.
- Understating merchandising and guidance on how to maximise this on the site
- Publish content and understand user behaviour
Ideally you should have a strong background in successfully delivering organic traffic, managing an online team in either a retail, travel or technology driven environment. Excellent analytical skills, in-depth knowledge of traffic tracking and strong commercial skills are all important for this role.
