The CRM Executive will support the Marketing & Business Development team in the day to day running and administration of the firm's InterAction CRM database.

Client Details

A leading Professional Services organisation based in the North West with a national and international presence.

Description

The CRM Executive will be responsible for:

  • Becoming the first point of contact for users for InterAction related queries
  • Advising the Marketing & Business Development team on the benefits that InterAction will have on the business development process
  • Set up a regional network of data stewards, advise them on best practise and ensure data is cleansed and updated regularly

Profile

The CRM Executive will:

  • Have experience in a similar CRM role, ideally within the professional services industry
  • Experience of using InterAction CRM software is essential
  • Be a proactive and commercially astute individual
  • Have excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with and influence stakeholders at all levels

    Salary up to £30,000 depending on the level of experience
