The Opportunity

My client is seeking a confident Content Marketing Manager to play a key role in the planning and execution of a compelling Content strategy to drive engagement with their key audience. This is a rare opportunity for a passionate Content Marketer to see where their ideas have visible impact from day one.

The Role

The Content Marketing manager will be responsible for planning an innovative and exciting content marketing strategy that will drive acquisition and engagement with their customer base. This role will have a strong focus on Content Marketing, Social Media, Digital Campaigns and the successful candidate will plan fresh content calendars to position the brand as a thought leader in the market, through White Papers, regular online content as well as utilising and encouraging their community of followers to create their own content.

Campaigns will be implemented through multiple channels including Web Content, Social Media and Email Marketing. This role will also hold responsibility for ensuring that all content is SEO to enhance search engine rankings, as well as plan PPC and Affiliate Marketing campaigns to drive acquisition. In addition, you will be responsible for a sizeable budget and will ensure that each channel delivers ROI.

Who You Are

You are a passionate Digital professional with a strong interest in creating exciting online content to drive engagement. Your copywriting skills will be second to none and you possess an excellent understanding of how to use varied content marketing and social media platforms to acquire new users and keep them engaged with the brand. Solid understanding of SEO, as well as hands on experience planning and implementing marketing campaigns to drive traffic are skills also needed in order to be considered.

You must be willing to roll up your sleeves and see campaigns through from start to finish and have a strong ability to prioritise your workload. Excellent communication skills and the gravitas to take ownership of marketing strategy are traits the client will be looking for in the successful candidate.
