One of our Betting/Gaming clients is looking for a data driven Head of CRM to be a key leader in the Customer Base Management Team, leading the transformation strategies across brands.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a data driven culture and exploring new data sets while working closely across the business with other teams and internal and external agencies.

Head of CRM Key Responsibilities

  • Optimise the multiple channels such as onsite messaging, email, SMS, push notifications, display retargeting and Social Media to improve customer experience and campaign efficiency
  • Evolve contact/relationship management towards true customer centricity
  • Put together a CRM & Contact strategy
  • Ensure a market leading campaign experience on mobile
  • Be the lead stakeholder for customer analytics, driving a roadmap for improvement of customer intelligence
  • Own the companies Customer Data Strategy, ensuring customer data is driving core marketing strategy
  • Maximise performance of website as a core acquisition and customer channel
  • Manage external communications to customers to include a successful implemtation of a new email service provider (ESP)

Head of CRM Experience / Skills

  • Extensive experience in a marketing leadership role in the customer industry
  • A proven, track record of delivering results via CRM, ecommerce and website marketing
  • Highly analytical with a customer-focused data-driven mindset
  • Proven experience in driving company initiatives at senior management level
  • Exceptional leadership skills in managing talent directly and remotely
