CRM Executive | Online Travel Business | West London

A well-known and highly respected online travel business are looking for a data driven CRM Executive to join their established CRM team. Your main responsibilities will be to ensure that you are building relevant and highly targeted campaigns - that have fantastic click view rates.

Due to the growing customer base (currently stands are nearly 4 million) the campaigns will really vary on the different areas of the customer base you aim to target, so coming from a data rich business will be advantageous.

CRM Executive Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the CRM, broad marketing and sales team to build and deliver weekly campaigns of a high standard
  • Work on segmentation projects for campaign targeting using SQL, faststats and Responsys (or similar ESP)
  • Post campaign analysis and reporting on the campaigns you deliver
  • Work on the trigger campaigns across the database
  • Check BAU email campaigns, and ensure they are fit for purpose


CRM Executive Skills / Experience

  • Skills in SQL and HTML is preferred
  • Experience and proven results in creating engaging email marketing campaigns
  • Understanding of customer journeys and retention, acquisition and engagement
  • Ideally educated to degree level
  • Experience of using Google Analytics and Faststats (or another campaign management tool) would be beneficial
  • Good team player, and confident presenting to stakeholders
  • Experience in a fast-paced CRM/ email heavy position
