Social Media Account Manager
Fantastic opportunity for a Social Media Account Manager to work in one of the world's largest media groups, in Central London, in their specialist social media agency.
My client is an award winning social media agency based in the heart of Soho, and part of one of the world's largest media groups. Their client list is teaming with many high profile consumer brands and a highly motivated and energetic team that are truly passionate about social media. They are currently winning new business by the bucket load and rapidly growing. As such they are now looking for a new Social Media Account Manager.
The role of the Social Media Account Manager will be to work across some of the agencies most prestigious accounts. You'll be expected to manage key pieces of business, providing a superior service to their clients and delivering innovative social media solutions. You will apply your knowledge of owned, earned, paid and shared communications platforms to identify the most appropriate mediums to overcome the challenges facing your clients. While it will involve all forms of social media there will be a heavy focus on earned and paid strategies. Furthermore you'll be responsible in driving performance though an unrivalled understanding on influencers, tools to identify and manage them, as well as how consumers use them.
As such, to be the right person you'll have experience of working in a social media, digital or PR agency with a strong social presence. You'll also have a demonstrable passion and understanding of the evolving digital and social media landscape, especially paid and earned media and how it impacts a brand. You'll also be used to managing influencers and using them to drive performance.
In terms of personality this will suit a flexible and motivated person who enjoys the buzz of a fast paced and busy social media agency.
