Are you passionate about CRM? Do you enjoying working in a data heavy environment? Do you have previous experience working on loyalty programmes? If so, this fantastic retail brand who are currently developing their loyalty programme, would like to speak to you.

A leading retail brand based in Belgium are looking to grow their CRM and Insight team. You will be responsible for the of CRM strategies and will drive the brand loyalty growth.

CRM & Loyalty Manager Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute CRM and Loyalty projects with the internal team
  • Analysis of data to make recommendations on future campaigns
  • Ensure there is a clear digital and direct mail communications calendar
  • Make sure the loyalty scheme is attractive and relevant to customers
  • Ensure the content is targeted and ready for publishing
  • Define the CRM plans for future campaigns and ensure that deadlines are met
  • Execute data strategy plans

CRM & Loyalty Manager Requirements

  • Ideally educated to degree level
  • Experience in CRM Databases, data modelling and reporting
  • Experience presenting to senior level stakeholders
  • Campaign analysis experience
  • Proactive, energetic and strong organisation skills
  • Experience in defining CRM strategies and working on loyalty schemes
