You'll play the role of leading, developing and managing teams to design, develop and deploy break through customer experience strategies and initiatives for my client.

With 10 years experience of having worked in creative/digital business and a proven track record of overcoming complex briefs and delivering innovation, you will work relentlessly to develop a deep understanding of the voice of the customer and identify key opportunities/leverage points for improving the customer experience.

  • Gather and analyse customer feedback, develop and implement the strategies to implement recommendations.


  • You'll be responsible for planning and leading the execution of customer experience strategies.

  • Lead & run CX workshops, providing strong strategic direction and creative vision as part of carving out a thought leadership position for the business.

  • Lead and mentor the project managers working on key customer/consumer insight projects (e.g. voice of the customer [VOC], user insights, etc) and successfully manage the initiatives to achieve the desired outcomes.
