Loyalty Manager | Leading Beauty Brand | £45,000 - £55,000

An international beauty brand are looking for a Loyalty Manager to monetise and optimise their new and market leading loyalty scheme. You will work very closely with the CRM and communications team to ensure the offers are targeted and can yield results. With the CRM and comms team you will have ownership to build and develop the annual plan and analyse the previous campaign performance.
In-line with the digital transformation the business has undergone you will work across channels to ensure a great customer experience.

Loyalty Manager Responsibilities

  • Develop a loyalty programme to meet business objectives
  • Roll out personalised offers with the CRM team
  • Using customer insights to forecast results and longer term revenue
  • Manage the loyalty budget
  • Work in line with the Communication Planners to ensure a high level of messaging it being rolled out
  • Be the champion of loyalty throughout the business
  • Weekly and monthly reporting of campaign results
  • Build a personalised road-map for the CRM and Insight team
  • Provide the CRM and Insight team recommendations on future campaigns, sales ideas and customer events


Loyalty Manager Requirements

  • Proven results working on loyalty programmes
  • 4-6 years relevant CRM and loyalty experience
  • Ideally educated to degree level
  • Experience working closely with CRM and Customer Insight team
  • Experience working on multi-channel campaigns
  • Keen interest in beauty industry
