We’re looking for a Creative Lead to join one of Britain’s most cherished brands. Joining their team in Swindon you’ll be working as part of an organisation that is both well-known and well respected. You’ll work in a growing in-house creative studio and help to deliver a wide variety of creative, leading by example and empowering an already talented team of designers, artworkers and freelancers.

What you’ll be doing 

The Creative Lead will own the visual strategy and direction for the brand across all of their consumer channels, predominantly offline but in constant collaboration with the digital team. A large part of the role will be to provide creative direction to the in-house design team as well as briefing external agencies when needed. You will act as brand guardian both internally and externally and be responsible for developing processes and templates to ensure the brand is delivered consistently whatever the brief.

What experience you’ll need 

Here we’re looking for an established senior creative, you’ll need to be conceptual and have experience of art directing both visual designs as well as photo/video shoots. With a creative team of 7 this role will require past leadership experience, you’ll know how to get the best from a team of creatives and help them grow creatively as well as professionally. As part of this responsibility you’ll conduct performance reviews and create career development paths. As a senior role within the business you’ll be used to dealing with senior stakeholders and justifying creative decisions and strategic rational at all levels.
