Community Manager required to manage
the UK's largest community of agency owners
focused on high growth.
£30-£40K
I'm looking for an a Community Manager that has solid demonstrable community management experience. We need someone with 3 Years + experienced to come in and hit the ground running.
Experienced: You've been there and done it. You can prove to us you've successfully managed and grown a community (if this was a closed community tied to a membership subscription, that would be even better).
Community Management genius: You're really geeky about the topic of Community Management. It excites you to astronomical levels.
Excellent at building relationships: You are someone who is confident in starting a conversation with people you've never met, good at building rapport and excellent at maintaining a valuable relationship.
Have an interest in business growth: You get excited by seeing businesses (especially agencies) grow as a result of your help. It would be handy if you've worked in an agency or with agencies before so you understand their needs and already have a network of agency contacts (but this is not mandatory).
Understanding of the Community Platforms landscape: You'll know the best approach for implementing community platforms and the best technology to manage our community online.
Objective driven: You understand the importance of setting objectives, community management KPIs and constantly measure success against these. You also know how to report these metrics back to executive stakeholders, ensuring that we understand both the positive results as well as those that perhaps aren't working so that we can pivot.
Event coordination: You're comfortable with planning, coordinating and hosting offline events.
What's in it for you?
We strongly believe in empowering you, giving you the opportunities to constantly learn by trying new things. You'll be the 'Chief' Community Manager and report directly to the MD. This means you'll have a big say in how we manage the community now and in the future. If you like the idea of your decisions having a big impact on the strategic direction of our business and to transform a whole industry, then this is the right opportunity for you.
In addition you'll get to meet lots of inspiring and successful people by attending our events (in London, Bristol, Manchester and Edinburgh). You'll meet plenty of interesting agency founders, learn how they've built their businesses and play a role in helping them grow in the future.
Location
This is a remote role (in the UK though, as you'll need to attend all of our events and occasionally meet members in person), ideally suited to someone who has already experienced working remotely
Excellent opportunity - Please get in touch ASAP -
