They're now looking for a talented Associate Director to join their award-winning Financial Services team, working in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. They work across the sector including leading retail and investment banks, building societies, insurance companies and life and pensions companies. Some of the projects they've worked on include Customer Experience, Brand & Comms and product and service development. The team has a great heritage in FS, and want to continue to build and develop their proposition. They're a great team that pride themselves on delivering an excellent service and are really collaborative.

Responsibilities:

This is a hands-on AD role where you will have ownership of all market research activity and relationships within your assigned accounts, and will be responsible for projects from end to end. You'll be mentoring junior members, analysing data, generating insight, and presenting to clients. You'll also have revenue targets and be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with financial services clients.

Skills required:

  • Educated to Degree level
  • Minimum 4 years' research experience (quant, ideally some knowledge of qual)
  • Established financial services research expertise (commercial regulation, high street banks etc.)
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Proven ability with managing client meetings
  • Clear, accurate and confident verbal and written client communication
