We're working with a global media agency who are looking for a senior research manager, to join a specialist, and fast growing, higher education and employer branding division.
They specialise in communications throughout the whole employment life cycle: everything from helping universities attract students to helping organisations hire experienced professionals. Helping businesses improve company performance through e-learning, internal communication, motivation and incentive schemes.
They also help companies communicate with internal and external audiences through live events which can be anything from conferences to product launches. Clients include Nestle, Benefit, Tesco, Ab-inbev, Deloitte, University of Manchester. Projects are both qualitative and quantitative in areas such as student and staff recruitment, education and employer branding and campaign evaluation.
As a senior research manager you'll be running projects day to day, having heaps of client contact, managing or coaching a small team of researchers. You'll also work with the strategy director on projects that aren't necessarily research based. You'll also be writing winning proposals and playing a key role in shaping the direction of the team.
- 3 years plus research
- Ideally experienced in both quant and qual experience, a specialist in either methodology is also fine
- Ideally experienced in the higher education research space or an avid interested in this area.
- Appetite to line manage or previous management experience
