Our client is looking to be the most customer-centric ticketing company, a place where people can come to find and discover any ticket they might want to buy online. They are expanding the team to support our rapid growth and are looking for talented people to join the business, make a big impact and have some fun along the way.

Role Purpose:

To develop, agree and execute a marketing strategy that grows the music tickets business in line with the business plans, building a strong and loyal customer base.

Role responsibilities:

· Develop and agree a marketing strategy to promotes our music selection
· Identify the relevant target audience and grow a base of quality customers who enjoy live entertainment and regularly buy music tickets
· Drive quality traffic to the site, exceeding the traffic and conversion targets by channel (email, SEO/SEM, social media, PR)
· Develop the right selection strategy, working closely with relevant industry partners and the media team to secure target events
· Grow discovery with engaging content and relevant merchandising in email, onsite and across social media
· Develop alongside the technology teams product features that improve the experience and delight customers
· Manage a digital marketing resource and 3rd party agencies
· Own weekly, monthly and quarterly channel performance reporting against key performance metrics

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Role Requirements:
· Degree educated
· Extensive experience in digital marketing or marketing related roles with evidence of both customer acquisition and retention programmes
· Track record in launching, building or growing a new product, service and / or brand
· Experience is leading a team with excellent people management and mentoring shills
· Highly analytical, strong commercial acumen, forecasting and budgeting skills
· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence partners and stakeholders
· Background in the Music industry preferable
