International multi-media entertainment group.  Which develops, produces and distributes numerous entertainment, movie, sports and documentary channels, reaching  over a billion subscribers worldwide in over 30 languages.

Is one of the largest international programmers of basic and premium subscription television channels. Our strong globally recognized brands are generally considered a must haves for platforms and advertisers. 

This division is a dynamic and comprehensive creative marketing powerhouse with unrivalled channel brands that connect deeply with quality audiences everywhere. We are able to deliver integrated, a la carte, cross-media campaigns to clients in any industry segment across the most desirable genres and audiences, through our cross-platform advertising sales arm.

Our dedicated creative solutions team work closely with clients to produce compelling custom content across our global portfolio of TV and online platforms.

OVERVIEW

The new position in London will report to the Senior Director. This role will be responsible for generating digital revenue from international accounts based in London.As well as responsibility for managing revenues from a number of territories.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

To generate global advertising sales deals and new revenue streams for our global portfolio of digital platforms channels.

  • Identify key client, industry and agency relationships to develop digital partnerships
  • Pitch global digital advertising sales opportunities to UK based accounts
  • Managing day-to-day relationship with digital media agencies and clients based in London
  • Forecast revenue on a quarterly basis
  • Working with associated ad teams in London to develop innovative and creative opportunities for clients across the portfolio
  • Prospecting new clients and building on relationships with existing business
  • Co-ordination and management of all deals internally with Traffic, Creative solutions, legal and Finance teams

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in digital advertising sales background at account manager/director level or international network / agency
  • Knowledge of TV and digital sales highly preferable
  • knowledge of international / global media a must
  • Strong negotiation, planning and presentation skills
  • Excellent client / project management skills
  • Self-starter who has growth driven orientation
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong attention to detail although would suit an individual who is also creative
