An exciting new opportunity as been created for a Head of Customer Experience & Customer Services to join a leading Retail Bank. Based in impressive Leeds offices the role of the Head of Customer Experience & Customer Services is both broad and immensely challenging.

The post holder will be charged with ensuring the ethos of the bank is at heart, customer focused and commercially viable. Via effective engagement with various senior stakeholders (Product & Propositions, Customer Experience, Marketing, PR, Communications) the successful candidate will develop milti-channel customer service capabilities.

- Leadership & mentoring skills

Delivering a high quality, compliant customer experience

Skills Required:

Significant experience of successfully leading a multi-channel customer contact operation

Experience of mentoring a dedicated and motivated team

Taking a call centre on a successful journey of development

Operational risk management in a challenging environment
