The Role

We have been asked to find a Senior Account Director to join the London office of this agency and lead a high profile account. You will report into a hugely empowering Business Director and will have the opportunity to:

  • Take day to day responsibility for the business
  • Supervise a talented team
  • Build a tight knit senior unit with incredible Strategists and Creatives
  • Manage meaningful budgets
  • Work closely with senior clients at a major UK PLC

You

Although this is an integrated marketing role, the emphasis is very much on direct channels. You will therefore need to have a proven track record as a Senior Account Director with a strong bias towards Direct Marketing.

During your time in creative agencies you will also have demonstrated your ability to:

  • Grow the profitability/revenue of your accounts
  • Lead account development
  • Inspire your team
  • Build a strong level of trust with your clients
  • Manage a high volume account
