Bright analytical account executive needed for dynamic shopper marketing agency
My client, a pioneering shopper marketing agency, is looking for an Insights Executive. This agency brings brands and retailers together to create and deliver marketing campaigns that achieve outstanding results for both. The Insights Executive will monitor, evaluate and report on the success of these campaigns. As a result applicants needs to be highly numerate, able to understand tabular data (eg. sales data) and see and explain basic trends, create summaries and be highly confident in working with Excel.
Applicants should have a strong understanding of data analysis and be able to demonstrate examples of where they have exercised this in the past. They will understand how to calculate year-on-year trends, averages and key measures such as weight of purchase and frequency of purchase. Experience working with tools such as Aimia Self Serve and dunnhumby Shop is advantageous but not essential, although some experience of working with data access tools (either instore or ecommerce) is.
The key to doing this job really well though will be communication - explaining the output of post-campaign evaluations to internal and external stakeholders and translating complex analytical methodologies and concepts into clear, actionable insights for brands – both in written documents, and in live presentations.
In order to apply for this role you must have a 2:1 or better at university and really strong A levels, ideally with Maths or a Science.
