Account Director / PR Account Director

An Account Director / PR Account Director is needed to join a cutting edge PR and marketing communications agency that specialise in the Healthcare / Public Sector / Technology sectors. Working from their office in London (EC1), expect to play a vital role delivering inspiring full service campaigns for leading brands.

Founded in 2001, this innovative agency offers research, insight, strategy, marketing, PR and digital services to an enviable client list which includes Dell EMC, InterSystems and Oracle (to name just a few). With offices in both London and Scotland they utilise a unique approach to deliver projects that have a global impact. With a fun, hardworking and supportive environment they are now seeking an Account Director / PR Account Director to join the team.

Joining as the Account Director / PR Account Director you will get the opportunity to grow your career in a highly rewarding, successful agency environment. Whether you are getting to the bottom of your client's requirements; overseeing other team members; attending client meetings and events; managing budgets; overseeing delivery of projects; developing communication campaigns (PR, Social Media, Exhibitions, Marketing) or securing new business opportunities, you will play a vital role ensuring outstanding campaigns are delivered on time and to budget.

This is a fantastic opportunity to do more than just PR; you will be involved in design projects, event management, and sales acceleration campaigns.

To qualify... Whether you call yourself an Account Director / PR Account Director / Client Services Director / Senior Account Manager / SAM / PR AD or similar, we don't mind, your CV just needs to demonstrate:

  • Experience in a similar AD / SAM role within an agency environment;
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build a great rapport with clients;
  • Experience in creating and implementing pro-active PR campaigns with excellent media contacts across traditional and digital channels;
  • Social media experience;
  • A proven track record of completing projects on budget and on time;
  • Great people management skills and the ability to manage a team;
  • Bags of energy into delivering innovative, impactful and integrated solutions for clients!

Experience in healthcare and technology would be preferable, but not necessary, just some proof that you are willing to develop a passion and understanding of these markets.
